- ENGLISH VERSION -

Released digitally in late 2022, this "Double Exposure" is now being released on CD, under the auspices of Minds Eye Music.
The title stands out as the first recording effort in the name of Vinnie Moore characterized by vocal parts, entrusted to four different singers.
There is another new element that deserves specific attention: the work was conceived as an ep structured on only six instrumental tracks, then taking a two-headed direction: adding the vocal parts to the aforementioned pieces, the guitarist re-recorded the six tracks, for new instrumental versions, enriched by new guitar solos and marked with different titles.
What emerges is something more than a disc embellished with bonus tracks of an alternative/demo matrix, simply because the two realities proposed are completely equal only in terms of absolute value, prevailing, in merit, an absolute stylistic heterogeneity.
Sublimated by the presence of professionals of the caliber Keith Slack (among others, Michael Schenker Group) and Mike Di Meo (Riot, Masterplan), who are joined by some of the most gifted new talents of the international tough scene, the recording effort stands out as valuable work with a hard blues vocation, as if it were a tribute to the legacy of the late Gary Moore, a character who is often remembered, listening to the album, sometimes even in purely vocal terms.
Exceptions are the songs "Paid My Dues", clearly Hendrixian in origin, and "Hummingbird", more suitable for lovers of harder AOR.
Finally, with "Astro Man" and "Rocket", the virtuosic component prevails, always polite, never invasive, as is the habit of the guitarist, virtuoso but with taste, while "Rise" seems to be a cross between the most aggressive Mr Big and the Whitesnake post "1987".
In conclusion, this title stands out as a genuine testimony of a double modus operandi and allows us to appreciate six titles in a double version which, due to the presence/absence of vocal grafts and the variegated and different guitar contributions, do not run the risk, listening, to appear redundant or replicating.
Hoping that this approach will also be taken as a model by other artists, we hope, in the section to come, recording experiments of a similar tenor.
